Is all of the storage SSD?
Yes. Websites, databases and email on every plan sit on SSD storage. There is no hard-disk tier.
How much SSD space do I get?
70 GB on Basic, 150 GB on Professional and 300 GB on Unlimited. A normal business website or blog uses a few GB.
Does SSD make my website faster?
It makes the storage part faster, which helps most on databases and sites with many files, such as WordPress and online stores. Image size, caching and plugins decide the rest; the tips on this page cover them.
Do you charge extra for SSD?
No. SSD is standard on every plan, at the prices shown, and the renewal price is the same.
What if it is not right for me?
Ask within 2 days (48 hours) of your first purchase and we refund the hosting fee in full. After that, refunds are only given for a prolonged outage on our side. Domain names are never refundable because the registry charges us the moment they are registered. Read the full refund policy.
